Payment Options:
1. Credit Card
– Payment in up to 6 interest-free installments for all personalized products.
2. Bank Slip:
– Payment in cash for all products, including customized ones.
3. Pix
– Instant payment for all products, including personalized ones.
Reimbursement
1. Purchasing Customized Products
– The customer has the right to cancel the purchase before authorizing the customization of the product.
– If the withdrawal occurs before authorization for customization, we offer a full refund of the amount paid.
2. Other Products
– For products that do not require customization, we follow the current legislation of the Consumer Protection Code.
– The customer has the legal right to cancel the purchase within 7 days after receiving the product, by returning it in perfect condition, with no signs of use, and in its original packaging.
Refund Procedure:
1. Cancellation of Customized Products
– The customer must contact us as soon as possible, before authorizing the customization, to request cancellation.
– After confirmation of withdrawal, we will proceed with a full refund of the amount paid using the same payment method used.
2. Withdrawal of Other Products
– For products that follow the Consumer Protection Code policy, the customer must contact us within the stipulated period of 7 days after receipt.
– After confirmation and receipt of the returned product in perfect condition, we will issue a refund according to the payment method used for the purchase.
