Important Information:

• We accept files in Corel Draw, AI, DXF and PLT formats for the logo. Other formats such as JPG, ODG and PNG will not be accepted.
• If you do not have a logo, you can purchase the product on our website and send the logo via the website, WhatsApp or email (arte.logo@personalizeonline.com.br).

Custom Labels Shipping Deadline:

• Posting within 7 business days after artwork approval;
• Approval of the layout is essential to start making the customized items;
• The shipping time varies depending on the delivery method chosen: carrier, post office or collection at the physical store;
